In order to continue providing the best schedule options for my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. No-shows will be required to pay for 50% of their missed service before another appointment will be scheduled. Late cancels will be required to pay $25 before another appointment will be set up. No charge will be placed on your card until we have properly discussed the procedure. Please let me know if you are not receiving your confirmation emails or texts, and we will make sure that you have what you need.
To respect the time of my other guests, arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit some of your services scheduled that day and count towards the cancellation policy in some cases. If I have the time in my schedule, we can continue with your full scheduled services with a $15 increase on your bill for that day. In extreme cases of chronic tardiness, you will permanently acquire the $15 fee per visit for me to set aside extra time for you.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. No monetary refunds will be issued.
I do not offer retail returns or exchanges at this time. I will set aside extra time to help you troubleshoot your challenges with the products. I take extra care to ensure that my product recommendations are the best fit for your hair type and lifestyle, as well as providing samples for you to try before you buy.
CELL PHONE USE
In order for me to properly cut or apply your hair color, I need your attention to be focused on your body positioning. I encourage you to unplug for the moment, and plug your phone into the charger I have available for your use. Looking down at your phone or attempting to talk around my movements will effect my timing and the quality of your service outcome. You can use your phone as you like during processing time and blow dry.
